3 Month General Warranty

Our 3 month general warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship faults only

This warranty doesn't cover any damage or deterioration caused by general wear and tear, neglect to care for the product appropriately or misuse of the product. Our warranty also declines to cover any discolouration of the product and hardware over time.

To be eligible to make a warranty claim, your order must have been processed through our official website www.xbycarter.com . Proof of purchase and photos/videos of the manufacturing fault must be included in your claim as support. Without proof of default, your claim will not be covered under our warranty. We encourage you to contact our dedicated Customer Services team by emailing info@xbycarter.com with images of the specific defects. The warranty can only be claimed by the account user of the order placed.

If your warranty claim is granted by our Customer Service team, your item will be replaced as a one-time replacement of the same product. If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock it may be replaced by a similar option. If you receive a one-time replacement your warranty period stands from the date of the original purchase, and is not renewed when the replacement product is received.

Caring for your X By Carter Product

To ensure your premium phone case and strap is looking fresh, below are some general guidelines on how to care for your products.

  • Avoid contact with foreign substances such as perfumes, moisturisers, alcohol-based cleaners, etc.
  • Avoid abrasion against rough surfaces such as but not limited to canvas and denim
  • Avoid prolonged sun exposure, moisture and/or excessive heat
  • Do not put undue stress on straps

Note: Any Damage or defects caused by not following the guidelines will not be covered by any X by Carter warranty.
