Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please ensure the below conditions are met & understood, before submitting your return request:

  • The item/s were purchased from X by Carter Online
  • The item/s are in their original conditions: Unused, not altered and/or all items still together
  • All tags are still attached including still remain in original packaging
  • Your order will be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date
  • You have a receipt of proof of purchase
  • You as the customer are to cover all costs associated with the return
  • Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return.


Items that have been purchased at full price and or by pre-order are eligible for a refund.


For all sale items including those using a promotion code or discount at checkout will be eligible for a Store Credit


All items purchased using the 10% off welcome code are eligible for a refund or store credit

Get in touch with us at with the number of items you are returning and the return reason. We will reply in 1-2 working days.

Post your item back to us using Australia Post (at your own expense)

Once your item has been received and processed by our team you will receive an email notification of your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed by our team.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
