What is MagSafe?
MagSafe is a ring of small magnets on the back of the iPhone for connecting to wireless chargers and other accessories. Our MagSafe cases support this function with the help of an additional magnet that is integrated in the case.

Can I wash my phone strap?
We recommend to wash
your Rope and Active strap by hand

What's the best way to clean my case?
We recommend to clean your case with a dry cloth

Can I wear my phone strap daily?
Yes, of course. However, ensure you treat all cases with care as scratches may occur from everyday use.

What is TPU?
An eslastic and flexible form of plastic. It is a durable material that is abrasion resitant and can withstand impacts. TPU is also liquid resistant meaning it is unaffected by oil, grease and water stains.

Is TPU bad for the environment?
TPU is 100% recyclable and biodegradable in 3-5 years.

Do you have a MagSafe transparent case?
Unfortunately, we don't at the moment. However, our Transparent case is thin enough to work with wireless charging that doesn't require the additional magnetic force.

Which countries do you deliver to?
Australia and New Zealand only at the moment.

What shipping provider do you use?
Australia Post.

When will my item arrive?
Australia - In Metro areas please allow up to 1-3 Business Days for your parcel to arrive. Rural areas can take longer.

New Zealand - Please allow up to 4-8 Business Days for your parcel to arrive.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping notification.
